Job Description

Duties:
Safely transports guests to their destination Loads and unloads golf clubs, luggage, etc. Informs guest of features available in the unit (e.g. key code, AC control, fireplace, etc.) Provides general information on Reynolds Lake Oconee and the surrounding community to visitors Communicates and resolves any guest calls, request, or problems at the unit Check guests into accommodations Answers phone at Member Concierge/Guest Services Maintain guest confidentiality Keeps van(s) clean and operational (exterior and interior) Reports mechanical problems to Director of Member and Guest Experience Ability to work as a team member Works well with others and generates positivity Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Valid GA driver's license and good driving record; at least 21 years of age Ability to work with the public, courteous and excellent communication skills Knowledge of computers and Microsoft suite Frequent moderate lifting required, up to 75 lbs. (e.g. loading golf clubs, luggage, etc.) Ability to reach overhead and below the knees Ability to bend, stretch, lift correctly, twist, pull and stoop Ability to move up and down stairs or ramps Ability to work in different weather conditions Courteous and friendly attitude
