Transport members to and from appointments in a safe, courteous, efficient and timely manner Executing care, courteousness, and professionalism in all interactions Assist members in and out of van and escorting members to and from facility if necessary Conducting preventative maintenance checks on company vehicles Ensuring the cleanliness of the vehicle both inside and outside Fully completing a daily trip log to be submitted at the end of each workday Notify the supervisor/dispatcher immediately of any accidents, problems with the vans, or issues with members Proficiency in use of cellphone and GPS Good driving record (NO DUIs) Must be at least 21 years old Must pass BOTH a background check and drug screening
