Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hotel Shuttle Driver and be the friendly face that ensures our guests experience seamless, safe, and enjoyable transportation to and from our hotel. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your driving skills while providing exceptional customer service. As a Shuttle Driver, you will operate passenger vehicles with precision, adhere to traffic and safety regulations, and deliver a positive experience for every guest you serve. Your role is vital in creating memorable stays by ensuring reliable, courteous, and professional transportation services. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle bus along designated hotel routes, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs for guests. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle to ensure safety and comfort for all passengers. Communicate effectively with guests, providing friendly assistance and answering questions about local attractions or hotel amenities. Follow all traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and company policies during daily operations. Assist guests with luggage handling when necessary, demonstrating physical agility and manual handling skills. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before shifts to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during shifts. Qualifications Previous experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, chauffeur, or in shuttle driving is highly preferred. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., passenger vehicle license) with a clean driving record. Knowledge of GPS navigation systems to efficiently plan routes and adapt to traffic conditions. Experience with passenger van operation. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members. Familiarity with local driving routes, traffic regulations, and safety procedures for commercial or school bus driving. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety standards are met. Pay:
$24.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
