Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide/Luggage driver to lead engaging and informative tours for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and good energy while providing exceptional customer service. As a Van Driver / Tour Guide, you will transport guests safely and comfortably while sharing aloha and providing them with memorable experiences. Duties include handling luggage, assisting guests with boarding, and providing light guiding commentary about Waikīkī and/or Wai Kai. This role includes picking up cruise ship passengers at Pier 2 and transporting them to the airport, as well as shuttling guests to land activities. 6-8 hour shift with about 3-4 hours of downtime. We are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while spreading the spirit of aloha! Requirements Must have a valid driver's license Must have a clean driver's abstract Must have a clean criminal record Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing Ability to lift 50 lbs (luggage handling required) Strong customer service skills and positive team attitude Previous driving or guiding experience preferred, but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a wider range of guests. Proven leadership skills to guide groups confidently through various settings. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to convey information clearly and engagingly. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating positive experiences for all participants. Effective time management skills to ensure tours adhere to schedules while accommodating guest interactions.
