I sland Lux Limo is a premium black car service based on the Big Island of Hawaii. We provide first-class transportation for airport transfers, resort pickups, corporate clients, and special occasions. We are looking for polished, dependable drivers who take pride in delivering a luxury experience from the moment a client steps into the vehicle. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business scales. Compensation $25.00 / hour + 100% of tips kept by the driver You'll Be Driving 2026 GMC Yukon XL — luxury full-size SUV, seats up to 6 passengers What You'll Do Transport clients safely and on time to airports, hotels, resorts, and events across the Kona coast Maintain a clean, well-presented vehicle at all times Provide courteous, professional service and assist with luggage when needed Track flight arrivals and adjust for delays as needed Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients Requirements Valid U.S. driver's license Clean driving record — no major violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (THC-free required) Professional appearance and polished demeanor Familiarity with the Kona-Kohala coast and Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport (KOA) Availability for early morning, late night, and weekend shifts Nice to Have Prior experience in luxury transportation, hospitality, or concierge service Ability to speak conversational Japanese or other languages common to Hawaii tourism
