Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport hotel guests to and from designated locations (e.g., airport, local attractions, business centers) Assist guests with luggage as needed Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the shuttle vehicle Follow all traffic laws and hotel safety policies Communicate effectively with front desk staff regarding shuttle schedules and guest needs

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous driving or customer service experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-focused

Physical Requirements:
