Job Description

Yellow Bus Group of America is Hiring Van Drivers to transport special needs students to and from school. Overview We are seeking reliable and skilled van drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting students safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and school personnel. Punctuality and good attendance is a must
Benefits:
Paid Weekly $21.00 per hour. $1.00 per hour attendance bonus Paid Training 4-Hour Guarantee Per Day 5 paid holidays Park out vehicles allowed Duties Safely operate a van to transport students with special needs to designated locations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate logs of travel times, routes, and deliveries. Communicate effectively regarding schedules and changes. Assist students with boarding and disembarking as needed, ensuring their comfort and safety. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times. Skills Experience with special needs is a plus. Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns. Excellent time management skills to meet schedules consistently. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
