Job Summary Join our vibrant community as a Community Driver, where your energetic spirit and dedication will help connect people to essential services and opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting senior living community residents to various medical appointments, shopping, restaurants and other local areas. Your positive attitude and excellent driving skills will ensure timely, reliable service while fostering strong relationships with passengers and team members alike. Duties Safely operate various passenger vehicles including small bus and company car to transport senior residents along designated local routes Adhere strictly to traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and company policies to ensure passenger safety at all times Assist passengers with boarding and providing excellent customer service and support as needed Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and cleaning to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition for daily use Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate schedules and routes effectively Assist with packages and deliveries to residents Light non skilled maintenance duties when not driving- such as cleaning carpets, changing air conditioning filters, assisting with trash removal etc. Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, shuttle driver, or chauffeur driving passenger vehicles in a community setting Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and local driving routes to optimize efficiency Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, including state transportation rules applicable to passenger vehicles Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members Join us as a Community Driver and become an essential part of a dedicated team committed to serving our senior community with safe, reliable transportation.
