Shuttle Driver Guest Transportation Safely transport guests to and from airport, local attractions, and designated locations Provide timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedule Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading Ensure a comfortable and pleasant ride experience Customer Service Greet guests warmly and provide professional, courteous service Answer questions about hotel amenities and local areas Communicate hotel information and promote services Address guest concerns and report issues promptly Vehicle Maintenance & Safety Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, tires, lights, cleanliness) Keep shuttle clean inside and outside at all times Report mechanical issues or damages immediately Follow all traffic laws and safe driving practices Scheduling & Coordination Maintain accurate trip logs and schedules Coordinate with front desk for guest pickups and requests Monitor flight schedules (if airport service) for delays/changes Ensure on-time service during peak hours Operational Support Assist front desk or housekeeping during downtime Help with light maintenance or guest service tasks as needed Support luggage handling and group arrivals Safety & Compliance Maintain valid driver's license and clean driving record Follow company safety policies and emergency procedures Ensure guest and personal safety at all times Adhere to brand standards and hotel policies

Shift-Specific Tasks AM Shift:

Prepare shuttle for daily operations Handle early airport transfers and business travelers Check fuel levels and complete inspection reports

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
