Dorost Transportation - Kansas City, MO Dorost Transportation is looking for a dependable, professional, and safe part-time driver to assist with our scheduled airport and private transportation services throughout the Kansas City area. This position is especially well suited for a retired or semi-retired individual looking for flexible work and some extra income without committing to a traditional full-time schedule. Our customers depend on us to get them to the airport, business meetings, and other important destinations on time. When you accept a trip, we need to know that we can count on you.

The ideal candidate is:

Extremely reliable and punctual A safe and responsible driver Professional, friendly, and courteous Comfortable working with business travelers and private clients Able to assist passengers with luggage Comfortable driving throughout the Kansas City metro and to/from MCI Airport Comfortable using GPS/navigation and a smartphone Able to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends depending on reservations Requirements Valid driver's license Good driving record Must pass a motor vehicle/driving-record check Must pass a background check Professional appearance and communication Reliable transportation to and from the vehicle pickup location Previous chauffeur, transportation, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus but is not required . Retired and semi-retired applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. About the Position This is not Uber, Lyft, or delivery driving. Dorost Transportation provides scheduled private transportation for airport passengers, corporate travelers, families, and other private clients. Most trips are scheduled ahead of time. You will know the passenger's pickup location, destination, and scheduled pickup time before the trip. We are looking for someone who takes pride in being early, dependable, professional, and taking excellent care of our customers.
