Why you'll love working here meaningful work that helps residents remain active, independent and engaged opportunity to build lasting relationships with residents and families collaborative and supportive team environment stable nonprofit organization with a long-standing reputation for excellence comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits 403(b) retirement plan paid time off educational and professional development opportunities What you'll do provide safe, courteous transportation for residents traveling throughout campus and to off-campus appointments and activities as needed ensure residents arrive safely and on time while providing exceptional customer service assist with overflow transportation requests to help meet the daily needs of the community maintain clean, safe and well-presented transportation vehicles follow all local, state and federal driving regulations while maintaining the highest standards of resident safety serve as a backup to the concierge desk by scheduling transportation, answering incoming calls, submitting work orders and assisting residents and guests monitor emergency response systems and fire alarm panels as assigned build positive relationships with residents, families and team members through friendly, professional service assist with additional responsibilities that support the needs of the community What you'll bring high school diploma or GED at least 21 years of age valid driver's license with a clean driving record previous experience in a customer service environment excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety passion for serving older adults and delivering exceptional customer service successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements About Masonic Homes Kentucky Masonic Homes Kentucky is a trusted leader in senior living and healthcare services, providing compassionate care and innovative programs that enrich the lives of older adults.
