We are seeking a Camera Car Driver / Repo Spotter to operate our LPR (License Plate Recognition) camera-equipped vehicles, locate assigned units, and perform professional vehicle recoveries. Your paycheck is in YOUR hands. That's the mindset we need. Total compensation ranges from $48,000 to $57,000 per year (base + per-recovery commission) — and top performers push past that. Full-time position with weekly pay every Friday, overtime opportunities, performance bonus program, and real room to grow into supervisor roles as we expand. No repo experience required — we train the right person. Duties Operate a company camera car equipped with LPR technology to scan and locate vehicles flagged for recovery Perform lawful, professional self-help repossessions — no breach of peace, ever Secure and recover vehicles safely following company protocols Update accounts in RDN and ClearPlan in real time from the field Complete condition reports with photos on every recovery Coordinate with dispatch and yard team throughout the shift Maintain the camera car: fuel, cleanliness, and basic operational readiness Document all activity: recovery logs, incident reports, and shift documentation Qualifications Valid driver's license with a CLEAN driving record (MVR verified) Able to pass a background check Professional under pressure — you de-escalate, you don't argue Strong work ethic and self-motivation — you work without constant supervision Available to work nights and weekends (that's when recoveries happen) Repo, towing, or professional driving experience is a plus — NOT required, we train Basic comfort with technology (mobile apps, in-car systems) Reliable, drama-free, shows up every single day Join us if your effort decides your paycheck.
