Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle buses, vans, or personal vehicles along designated airport routes and local driving paths. Must have clean driver's license and driving record (You will be pre-screened) Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout each trip. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle condition reports. Follow GPS navigation systems to ensure efficient routing and timely arrivals at scheduled destinations. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly. Adhere strictly to all state transportation regulations, traffic laws, and safety protocols during every shift. Communicate effectively with clients regarding pick-up times, route changes, or delays to ensure a smooth experience. When not running the shuttle service, you will be expected to perform public areas and exterior property work such as guest requests, property upkeep and cleanup, etc. Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, or chauffeur with a solid understanding of passenger vehicle operation. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (passenger van, shuttle bus) with a clean driving record. Experience with GPS navigation systems and local driving routes preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers or handling luggage. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Knowledge of traffic regulations and safety standards applicable to passenger transportation services. Prior experience in medical transportation or paratransit services is a plus.
