As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs, managing vehicle parking, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Manage valet parking operations, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to address inquiries or concerns. Drive vehicles, including manual transmission cars, with care and attention to detail. Perform routine checks on parked vehicles to ensure they are secure and in good condition. Provide additional support in guest services as required, contributing to a positive hospitality experience. Maintaining shop cleanliness Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in valet parking or similar roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission cars. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in hospitality is advantageous. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
