• Safely operate a motor vehicle to pick up and drop off specimens, supplies, and reports between healthcare facilities and laboratories
• Ensure proper handling, transport, and security of medical specimens and documentation
• Maintain compliance with safety, confidentiality, and quality control standards
• Interact professionally with clients and healthcare staff, providing excellent customer service
• Adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times while navigating traffic and varying weather conditions Required Skills
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record over the past three years
• Ability to confidently operate a vehicle in all weather conditions and traffic environments
• Physical capability to perform light to medium lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to safety and compliance regulations
• Basic knowledge of vehicle operation and routing
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Additional Skills & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience operating conventional vehicles for business purposes, including cars, trucks, or vans
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM, totaling approximately 20 hours per week
