Job Summary We are seeking dependable Snowplow Drivers to join our winter team. This seasonal, on-call position involves plowing and salting school parking lots to keep them safe and accessible during winter storms. Work is scheduled as needed when it snows.

Pay:

$35 per hour Requirements At least two years of snowplowing experience required. Valid driver's license. Available on short notice, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Dependable and able to operate snowplows and salt-spreading equipment safely. Responsibilities Operate snowplow trucks to clear snow from school parking lots. Apply salt and de-icing materials to school parking lots to reduce ice buildup. Coordinate with supervisors to complete parking lot plowing and salting before school opens and as conditions require. Inspect equipment before and after use and promptly report maintenance needs. Follow safety procedures and use caution around parked vehicles, pedestrians, and school property. Maintain accurate records of hours worked, parking lots cleared, and salt applied. Take photos of completed snowplowing and salting work in school parking lots and upload them to the system.
