This role is based in Somerville, MA and offers an opportunity to be a vital part of our hospitality experience by ensuring guests arrive promptly and comfortably to their destinations. Responsibilities Operate the hotel shuttle van safely and efficiently to transport guests between the hotel and designated locations. Assist guests with luggage and provide exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues to management promptly. Help with loading and unloading of guests' belongings as needed. Follow all traffic laws and hotel safety protocols to ensure guest safety. Maintain accurate records of shuttle trips and schedules. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive a shuttle van in a safe and responsible manner. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to assist with luggage and remain on feet for extended periods.
