About Youth On The Move Inc. Youth On The Move Inc. is a mission-driven transportation company providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation for youth and underserved individuals. We are committed to helping our passengers access schools, afterschool programs, healthcare appointments, job training centers, and other essential services. When reliable transportation is the missing link, we're here to bridge the gap and move communities forward. Position Overview We are looking for professional, safety-conscious Drivers who are passionate about serving others. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, are dependable, and want to make a daily impact by helping others get to where they need to be. Key Responsibilities Operate company vehicles (passenger and wheelchair vans) in a safe and timely manner Pick up and drop off passengers at scheduled locations Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transportation Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and incident reports Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding schedules and route changes Provide respectful and courteous service to all passengers and partners Follow all local traffic laws and internal safety policies Assist passengers in boarding and exiting as needed Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Clean driving record for at least 3 years Minimum age: 21 years Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical examination Punctual, professional, and able to follow schedules Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience transporting youth or working in customer-facing driving roles First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screening which includes Marijuana Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Youth On The Move Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace.
