We believe the best way to earn a customer's trust is simple: fix their vehicle right and give it back a little better than we received it. That's where you come in. The Role You're the last set of eyes on every vehicle before it goes back to the customer. You make sure the repair is complete, nothing was missed or left behind, and the vehicle is clean and ready for pickup. This isn't a hard job, but it is a busy one. One minute you're test driving a finished repair, and the next you're cleaning a vehicle, checking in parts, or taking a customer home or to work. If you like staying on your feet and having your day fly by, you'll fit right in. Automotive experience is helpful but not required. We'll train the right person. What You'll Do Review each repair order for the customer's concern and every repair performed Test drive completed vehicles to confirm the concern and all repairs were fixed Verify oil life resets and oil change reminder stickers Inspect the repair area and under the hood for fluid leaks, loose bolts, missing caps or covers, and tools left behind Check and record engine oil levels Do a mini clean on every vehicle: wipe down the engine bay, clean the wheels, vacuum the floorboards, and wipe the dash, with no grease marks or fingerprints left behind Reset seats, roll up windows, remove hat tags and paper floor mats, then lock the vehicle and back it into a spot in the front lot Flag any vehicle that doesn't pass QC and send it back to the lead technician with clear notes Shuttle customers to and from the shop, their home, or their work Check in parts deliveries in our shop management software Answer phones as backup when the front counter is busy Jump in wherever the team needs help to keep vehicles moving What We're Looking For Reliable, dependable, and on time A sharp eye for detail. You notice what others miss. Organized and able to keep up when the shop gets busy Able to work independently without someone telling you what to do next Takes ownership when something isn't right and makes sure it gets fixed Comfortable with computers and willing to learn our shop software Friendly and professional with customers, in person and on the phone Comfortable driving a wide variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, since you'll be test driving customer vehicles and transporting customers.
