Starting Pay:

What We Offer Starting pay of $16.00/hour + Overtime Pay After 40 Hours Company vehicle provided, no personal vehicle required Paid training Benefits available after 90 days Consistent, full-time work Established transportation company with over 25 years in business Assistance obtaining your Michigan Chauffeur's License Job Responsibilities As a Wheelchair Transportation Driver, you will: Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments and other scheduled destinations Operate a company-provided wheelchair-accessible vehicle Properly secure wheelchairs and passengers using required safety equipment Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed Provide professional, respectful, and compassionate customer service Follow assigned schedules and maintain communication with our dispatch team Keep the assigned company vehicle clean and presentable Follow all company safety procedures and transportation requirements Requirements Applicants must: Be 25 years of age or older due to company insurance requirements Have a valid Michigan driver's license and a safe driving record Obtain a Michigan Chauffeur's License, we can assist you with this process Pass a criminal background check Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check Pass a drug screening Be dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time Be comfortable assisting and interacting with passengers who may have mobility limitations Be able to safely perform the physical requirements associated with wheelchair transportation No wheelchair transportation experience is required.
