Job Description
SchoolVan Driver We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused van driver to help transport students to and from school, Monday through Friday. This position plays an important role in helping children arrive safely, on time, and ready for the school day. Schedule Monday through Friday, split shift, with morning and afternoon routes during the school year. Exact hours may vary based on route needs and school schedules. Responsibilities
- Safely drive students to and from school on assigned routes.
- Follow all traffic laws, school transportation policies, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a calm, respectful, and professional environment for students while riding.
- Arrive on time for scheduled routes and communicate any delays or concerns promptly.
- Complete basic vehicle checks and report maintenance or safety issues as needed.
- Keep accurate route, attendance, or mileage records as required. Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required.
- No more than 3 moving violatons within the last 3 years.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
- Ability to work reliably Monday through Friday.
- Must be patient, responsible, and comfortable working around children.
- Ability to pass required background checks, driving checks, and any school transportation requirements.
- Previous school transportation, childcare, or professional driving experience is a plus.
