Qualifications/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required. Need to be 21 years in age and have had a driver license for at least 1 year. Successful background check required. Previous working with children is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:

Successful candidates must be able to work split shift; have skills and aptitude to operate a vehicle safely; enjoy the presence of children; be reliable and punctual. No experience required - paid training provided to obtain necessary license and endorsements. DOT Physical and drug testing are required. Van Drivers will have the ability to receive training to obtain their Commercial Drivers License and bus endorcement. This would allow them to move into a bus driving position if desired. Specific Tasks:

To safely and efficiently transport students to and from their school site and/or special events. Most Drivers depart approximately 6:00 a.m. and return about 9:00 a.m., and depart again approximately 1:30 p.m. and return around 4:30 p.m.

$24.50/hour,
