Job Summary Holiday Inn & Suites is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Shuttle Driver. This position involves transporting guests to and from the airport, local businesses, and other destinations.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to designated locations. Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing routine inspections. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with boarding, luggage handling, and answering any questions regarding routes or schedules. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving. Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that may occur during transport. Experience Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of passengers. Experience driving a passenger van or shuttle preferred. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
