Duties Operate a variety of vehicles including shuttle buses, delivery vans, limousines, and paratransit vehicles with precision and care. Safely transport passengers or cargo to designated locations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and providing excellent customer service throughout the journey. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly. Load and unload cargo or luggage, often requiring heavy lifting to ensure proper handling and safety. Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, mileage logs, and vehicle maintenance activities. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly. Qualifications Proven experience as a shuttle driver, delivery driver, bus driver, or in a similar commercial driving role. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., driver license) with a clean driving record. Experience operating various vehicles such as limousines, school buses, or heavy-duty trucks is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting when loading or unloading cargo safely. Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
