Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a valid driver's license, experience with commercial driving, and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
POSITION TYPE
- Full-time independent contractor with an owner-operated vehicle.
- Guaranteed gross earnings of $275/day, with potential to earn above and beyond.
- Mileage will vary.
- Courier service for auto parts, medical, and other miscellaneous parcels.
ON DEMAND REQUIREMENTS
- Available Monday-Friday, 7am - 5pm
- Check in with dispatch at beginning and end of day.
- Open communication with dispatch.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Own and utilize a smartphone proficiently.
- Local drivers only.
- Reliable, full-size high-top Sprinter van.
- Current, valid MN driver's license.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to lift packages exceeding 50 lbs.
- Valid auto insurance with $500,000 Combined Single Limit with MAP as Additional Insured.
- Must have a company registered as an LLC. We can assist in setting one up.
- Able to pass background check and drug test.
