Job Description

Quantum Recovery is seeking a dependable, motivated, and professional LPR Camera Car Driver to join our asset recovery team in the Central Mississippi area. This is a field-based position for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and staying active rather than sitting behind a desk. The Camera Car Driver plays an important role in supporting our recovery operation by using company-provided license plate recognition (LPR) equipment and technology to locate vehicles assigned for repossession.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate a company-provided camera car along established and assigned routes throughout the Meridian area. Use company LPR equipment, technology, and other tools to identify and locate vehicles assigned for repossession. Thoroughly work assigned neighborhoods, streets, parking areas, and other designated locations while remaining alert and observant. Accurately document vehicle sightings and location information and promptly communicate confirmed sightings to the recovery/tow truck team. Continue working assigned routes efficiently after documenting a sighting to help keep the recovery team productive and moving. Use good judgment, communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills while representing Quantum Recovery professionally in the field. Meet assigned goals and remain productive while working with limited direct supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Active smartphone/working cell phone and basic computer/technology skills. Reliable transportation to and from the reporting location or office. Ability to pass required background screening and drug screening. Dependable, punctual, honest, mature, professional, and able to work independently. Detail-oriented, observant, focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to work hard to meet performance goals. Excellent communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills. Previous repossession, towing, truck-driving, or similar field experience is preferred but not required.
SCHEDULE & ATTENDANCE
Full-time field position with flexibility in shifts and hours worked; longer hours may occasionally be required to meet operational goals. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential. Team members must be dependable and able to be counted on for scheduled shifts.
WHAT QUANTUM RECOVERY PROVIDES
Company vehicle while working. Paid, on-the-job training. Established routes and company LPR tools/equipment. Ongoing support from experienced recovery personnel and management. Opportunity to grow and advance within the asset recovery operation.
