Very part-time, typically 10 per week but occasionally more. During the school year, hours are typically Monday through Friday from 2-4PM, with a few exceptions throughout the year for special events and school holidays. Will always have a minimum of 2 hours worked daily, unless a shift is missed. During the summer, hours vary greatly per week, but shifts will be between 8:30 AM and 5:30PM, Monday - Friday.
- You MUST be available during the school year afternoon hours for this position
- Provide transportation for youth to Club programs after school, as well as for field trips and special events, ensuring Club member safety first and foremost.
Handle additional deliveries & pickups as needed Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle Fuel up vehicles and take them to the mechanic shop at the direction of the Unit Director as needed for maintenance or repairs Provide guidance, role modeling, and positive discipline strategies for Club members during transportation We would love to see that you have: Experience in working with children Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior in positive ways CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years or older with a clean driving record and license to drive Club vans
- Must be able to pass a background check
