Summary We are seeking a dedicated Construction Phase Shuttle Driver for a temporary, project-based role . During our current expansion, this position is vital for ensuring our employees move safely and efficiently between designated parking areas and the facility. You will be the primary link for our team during this transition, ensuring that construction activity doesn't slow down our high-security production.

Temporary / Contract.

Duration:

This position is projected to continue through December 2026 , coinciding with the completion of our current construction phase.

Responsibilities Personnel Transport:

Operate shuttle vehicles safely to transport employees between off-site or overflow parking lots and the main facility.

Construction Navigation:

Safely navigate changing traffic patterns, construction zones, and temporary access points within the company premises.

Schedule Adherence:

Maintain a strict pickup and delivery schedule to ensure employees arrive at their shifts on time.

Vehicle Care:

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the shuttle is always mission-ready.

Safety Leadership:

Enforce all safety protocols on the vehicle and follow site-specific traffic regulations.

Clear Communication:

Coordinate with security and site managers regarding traffic delays, lot closures, or emergencies.

Guest Relations:

Act as a helpful point of contact for employees and visitors navigating the construction layout.

Qualifications Experience:

Proven experience in shuttle or commercial driving with a clean driving record .

Adaptability:

Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment with shifting traffic patterns.

Customer Service:

Strong communication skills and a "people-first" attitude to support our workforce.

Safety Conscious:

Deep understanding of vehicle safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

Licensing:

Valid driver's license with a passenger endorsement.
