This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage conflicts, make urgent decisions, perform heavy lifting of coin boxes when necessary, and ensure the protection of property and personnel. Priority will be given to LEO, military veterans, or previous experience.

Duties :

Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary. Conduct regular inspections of premises, ensuring all security protocols are followed. Manage conflicts with professionalism, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Assist in the training of new security personnel as needed. Operate vehicles safely for patrolling purposes; familiarity with commercial driving is a plus. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in security or law enforcement preferred. Basic math skills for reporting and record-keeping purposes. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations. Must be willing to undergo background checks and training related to security protocols.
