Your energetic and friendly approach will ensure visitors and staff experience smooth, safe, and welcoming parking and transportation services. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving skills with outstanding customer service, all while supporting a mission-driven environment dedicated to care and community. Duties Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission cars, to shuttle patients, visitors, and staff across designated campus areas. Manage parking operations by directing guests to available spaces, issuing parking tickets, and ensuring efficient vehicle flow. Provide courteous assistance to guests by answering questions, offering directions, and delivering a positive hospitality experience. Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees or valet services, maintaining proper cash handling and retail math procedures. Perform heavy lifting when necessary to assist with luggage or equipment loading and unloading in outdoor settings. Maintain clear communication with team members using radios or other devices to coordinate shuttle schedules and parking operations seamlessly. Ensure safety protocols are followed during outdoor work environments, including monitoring for hazards and assisting in emergency situations if needed. Experience Prior guest services or hospitality experience is highly desirable for delivering warm, professional interactions. Experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus, especially familiarity with standard passenger cars and manual transmissions. Demonstrated ability to operate vehicles safely and confidently in outdoor settings with varied weather conditions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. Physical capability for manual labor tasks such as heavy lifting and outdoor work throughout the shift. Previous cashiering experience involving processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of retail math, cash handling procedures, and basic automotive service principles is beneficial but not required.
