Duties Safely operate passenger vehicles such as vans, shuttles, or personal vehicles to transport clients to scheduled appointments Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and safety protocols during every trip Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience throughout their journey Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly Use GPS navigation systems to follow designated local routes efficiently and arrive on time Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with mobility challenges or special needs Handle heavy lifting when necessary for loading or unloading mobility aids or luggage while prioritizing safety and proper manual handling techniques Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, chauffeur, or shuttle driver with a strong focus on passenger safety and customer service Valid driver's license appropriate for operating passenger vehicles; commercial driver's license (CDL) or chauffeur license preferred but not required Experience operating passenger vans, limousines, or shuttle buses; familiarity with passenger vehicle operation is essential Knowledge of GPS navigation tools and local driving routes to ensure timely arrivals Ability to adhere strictly to traffic regulations and state transportation laws governing passenger vehicles Excellent communication skills for client interaction and coordination with dispatch teams Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and assisting passengers as needed Prior medical transportation experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates Join us in delivering dependable transportation services that prioritize safety, comfort, and compassion.
