Join Our Family! We're looking for a dependable, caring, and safety-minded Van Driver to join our team and help transport our scholars to and from school, home, field trips, and our center each day. Our transportation team plays an important role in making sure our scholars arrive safely and families have peace of mind. What You'll Do Safely transport scholars to and from school, home, field trips, and our center. Follow all North Carolina transportation and safety regulations. Complete daily vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance concerns. Ensure every scholar is properly secured with seat belts, booster seats, or car seats as required. Maintain accurate transportation logs for all pick-ups and drop-offs. Help keep our vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for daily routes. Assist with vehicle maintenance appointments as needed. Support our team with additional transportation-related tasks as assigned. What We're Looking For A valid North Carolina driver's license and a clean driving record. A punctual, dependable, and professional attitude. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A positive and patient personality when working with children and families. A high school diploma or equivalent. A current childcare qualification letter or willingness to obtain one immediately. A current TB skin test or willingness to obtain one immediately. Preferred Experience Previous experience driving a van or transporting passengers. Experience working with children or in a childcare setting is a plus.
