Grand Forks Taxi provides services in the local Grand Forks and East Grand Forks areas and provides transportation to a variety of customers within a 300 mile radius of Grand Forks. In addition to providing rides on demand as needed for customers, Grand Forks Taxi also provides pre-scheduled rides. Pay is commission based and can range from $15-$40 per hour. Duties Safely operate taxis along designated local routes, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs for passengers. Use GPS navigation systems to determine optimal routes and avoid traffic delays, enhancing efficiency. Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies during all driving activities. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing inquiries politely. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle maintenance checks regularly to ensure safety and comfort. Process cash transactions accurately for fare payments and issue receipts as needed. Conduct night driving shifts confidently, maintaining alertness and safety during low-light hours.
