Driver:
This position is meant for a reliable, professional, and safety-oriented person who's comfortable jumping in to help with various operational responsibilities. You'll play a key part in our daily operations by safely transporting employees and guests, picking up and delivering parts, providing logistical support, and helping in other areas as needed. You may occasionally need to work outside of your typical hours to complete time-sensitive deliveries or after-hour transportation needs. This may include making airport runs, completing weekend deliveries, or picking up materials and equipment. You'll also be responsible for cleaning your work vehicle, regularly inspecting it, and scheduling timely preventative maintenance. As you make your deliveries and pick up parts, you'll optimize your driving routes, follow traffic laws and company standards, and load/unload materials and equipment at the site. You'll communicate with employees, vendors, and customers to support smooth deliveries and respond to urgent transportation/delivery requests as they come up. Our Drivers help our business partners, operations, shipping, manufacturing, and leadership teams with transportation-related needs as well as help fill any operational gaps to keep driving our growth and innovation.
What You'll Bring:
Valid driver's license, a clean driving record (we will obtain a certified driver history report), and comfort with driving long distances as needed Ability to legally possess firearms according to state and federal laws Basic automotive knowledge and preventative maintenance skills Ability to safely lift/move packages, materials, and equipment (weighing up to 50 lbs.) Ability to stay active throughout the workday and safely operate vehicles in all kinds of weather conditions Ability to occasionally work nights, weekends, and after-hours shifts as needed High school diploma or equivalent Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills Our ideal Driver has a strong mechanical aptitude and is experienced with driving various trucks, cargo vans, company cars, or commercial vehicles. Work experience in a manufacturing, logistics, shipping, or warehouse environment would also be preferred but isn't required. It's time to reach the next level in your career.
