We are looking for warm, patient, and responsible drivers who love working with children and want to make a meaningful difference in our community. What You'll Do Provide safe, punctual, and direct transportation for children to and from schools, lessons, and activities. Offer a warm, welcoming, and calm atmosphere—playing age-appropriate music at low volumes and making sure kids feel secure. Escort children safely into locations when personal drop-off is required. Candidate Requirements Because our top priority is child safety, all applicants must meet the following guidelines:

Childcare Experience:

At least 3 years of proven, verifiable experience working with or caring for children.

Driving History:

At least 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the past 3 years).

Background Check:

Must pass a comprehensive multi-stage background check and our 10-point evaluation hiring process.

Professional References:

You must provide strong professional references that will be verified prior to interviews.

Personal Attributes:
