Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing check-in and check-out assistance with professionalism and efficiency Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, offering accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Coordinate shuttle services, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs while maintaining safety protocols Assist with guest relations by resolving issues promptly and courteously, demonstrating strong customer service and problem-solving skills Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety during incidents or emergencies Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, shift reports, and incident logs to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Proven hotel front desk experience with familiarity in hospitality management and property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone etiquette and client communication strategies Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Experience with night audit processes is a plus but not required Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods; comfort operating shuttle vehicles safely Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to guest service challenges This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in the hospitality industry while delivering top-tier guest experiences.
