Our mission focuses on experiential learning, personal development, and preparing scholars for academic and career success. Summary We are seeking a Van Driver to join our team at Intellectus Prep. This role is essential in ensuring safe and reliable transportation for our students, allowing them to access our innovative educational programs. The Van Driver will contribute to our mission of fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities Create routes for most efficient pick-up and drop-off Communicate with parents on a consistent basis Transport students safely to and from school and various events. Ensure the van is maintained in good working condition and report any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding transportation schedules. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with students and their families. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Assist students as needed during boarding and disembarking from the vehicle. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in school bus or van driving preferred. Strong communication skills to interact positively with students and staff. Ability to provide excellent customer service in a school environment. Familiarity with safety regulations related to student transportation.
