Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dependable Porter/Shuttle Driver to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face that ensures smooth vehicle movement and guest transportation. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and customers alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving skills with light maintenance duties such as , sweeping, emptying waste baskets and similar. You will be supporting the operational efficiency of our dealership. If you engaging with people, and take pride in your work, this is the perfect role for you! Responsibilities Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission models, to shuttle guests between designated locations such their home or office. Perform light facility maintenance as directed. Including sweeping, care for restrooms and snow removal when needed. Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming visitors warmly and offering directions or assistance as needed Perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary, such as moving luggage or equipment safely and efficiently Maintain clear communication with team members using effective verbal skills to coordinate vehicle movements and guest needs Uphold safety standards by adhering to traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols during all driving and outdoor activities Skills Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service operations is a plus Skilled in standard passenger car operation, including manual transmission driving and heavy lifting capabilities Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests, team members, and management Experience in outdoor work environments Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Impeccable driving record
