Transportation Specialist, then Certified Transportation Specialist, then Team Lead, then Manager. We're growing aggressively, so more doors will open. All certifications paid. GLYDN trains you and covers CPR, First Aid, PASS, and Defensive Driving. PTO and paid holidays. Weekday schedule. Monday-Friday, with flexibility on start and end times. Uniforms provided. GLYDN supplies your uniform at no cost. Weekly phone reimbursement. You use your own smartphone for work, and we reimburse you weekly. What you'll do Safely transport riders in a company-provided wheelchair-accessible van. Secure wheelchairs and riders with a 4-point wheelchair tiedown and a 3-point occupant restraint. Provide the level of assistance each trip calls for: Curb-to-curb Door-to-door escort Hand-to-hand hand-off to a caregiver or facility staff member Communicate clearly and warmly with riders, families, and facility staff. Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. Keep the van clean and rider-ready. Complete trip documentation accurately. Essential functions (with or without reasonable accommodation) Push manual wheelchairs over ramps, curbs, and thresholds. Operate the van's wheelchair access equipment. Attach and release securement straps at floor level. Help riders move safely in and out of the van. Work actively throughout the day, including frequently getting in and out of the van. Requirements Age 23 or older. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years. Fewer than 3 points on your driving record. Able to pass a BCI background check and a 10-panel drug screen. A smartphone for trip communication and documentation, reimbursed weekly. Willing to follow the GLYDN uniform and dress code. Reliable, punctual, and patient, respectful, and never in a rush with the people you serve. Experience is not required. We'll train the right person. How to apply Apply through Indeed.
