Freedom Transportation Resources is hiring dependable, safety-focused Van Drivers to transport students safely to and from school throughout the Cleveland area. If you're reliable, punctual, patient, and enjoy working with students, we want you on our team!

Position Details Pay:

$16-$18/hour, based on assigned route and experience

Approximately 3-4 hours per day

Pay & Schedule Starting:

$16/hour approximately 3 hours per day Higher route: Up to $18/hour approximately 4 hours per day Monday-Friday schedules Consistent morning and afternoon routes No weekend work for regular school routes Responsibilities Safely transport students to and from school and assigned locations Follow assigned routes and daily schedules Arrive on time for all pickups and drop-offs Perform required vehicle safety checks Maintain a clean and safe company vehicle Follow all company and school transportation policies Communicate with management regarding delays, absences, incidents, or vehicle concerns Maintain professional and appropriate interactions with students Complete required documentation and inspections Represent Freedom Transportation Resources professionally Requirements Valid Ohio Driver's License driving experience Good driving record Ability to pass required background checks Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Ability to pass required physical examination Ability to complete required Ohio motor-van driver training Reliable attendance and transportation Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to safely operate a passenger van Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Patient and respectful with students Safety-conscious Professional Responsible and dependable Comfortable working independently Able to commit to a consistent Monday-Friday schedule Why Work With Freedom Transportation Resources?
