Set up an interview for full details. Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong driving skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles, ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers. Provide timely transportation services according to scheduled routes. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with special needs or mobility challenges (paratransit experience is a plus). Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, performing routine inspections and minor maintenance as needed. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules, delays, or any issues that arise during transport. Address passenger inquiries and provide information about routes, schedules, and local attractions. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and passenger counts. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks on shuttle vehicles. Previous experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, or similar roles is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
