CPR Certification Driver's License First Aid Certification Class D Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide safe transportation for clients to and from medical and non-medical appointments.
• Assist seniors with getting into and out of van when needed.
• Knowing transportation schedule.
• Daily/monthly vehicle checks including oil, water, tires, brakes and lights.
• Maintain accurate records to be turned in on time.
• Report all accident's/ incidents.

Qualifications:

• Must be over 21 yrs of age; be a licensed driver for 2 years and proof of insurance.
• Must be able to help with all body sizes.
• Must be able to pass physical, vision, drug screenings and background check.
• Must have a good driving record.
