The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, reliability, and positive interactions with young people and families. Responsibilities Safely transport children and youth to and from designated locations and program activities Follow assigned routes and transportation schedules Ensure passengers enter, ride in, and exit the vehicle safely Maintain appropriate supervision and professional conduct while transporting participants Complete required vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle Follow all traffic laws, organizational transportation policies, and safety procedures Communicate professionally with program staff, participants, and families Complete transportation documentation as required Participate in required meetings and training Qualifications Valid driver's license and a safe driving record required Prior experience transporting children, youth, or groups preferred Ability to drive safely and reliably in a variety of traffic and weather conditions Dependable, punctual, professional, and comfortable working with children and youth Must meet all applicable driver eligibility and insurance requirements Must be able to pass all required background checks Must be willing and able to complete all training required for the position If you are a dependable driver who takes pride in providing safe and reliable transportation for young people, we encourage you to apply.
