Job Description

KADE Medical Transportation LLC is a non-emergency medical transportation company. Kade Transportation is a proud provider of Safe, Reliable, Professional, and Cost-Effective, non-emergency medical transportation. KADE provides transportation services for a variety of healthcare facilities, agencies, and private pay individuals. We specialize in transporting ambulatory and wheelchair clients to medical appointments, including doctors' appointments, dialysis, physical therapy, rehabilitation centers, chemo, and their private residences in a safe, secure, and professional manner. We are hiring responsible, reliable, and compassionate Non-Emergency Medical Transport Drivers to transport our members to and from their medical treatment appointments. Transportation Provider Duties Safe and timely transport of clients utilizing company vehicles and complying with all applicable motor vehicle laws, rules, and/or regulations. Driver must always be courteous, and maintain a professional image and attitude to clients, visitors, and co-workers. Ability to assist in lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering passengers loaded on stretchers or wheelchairs. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, as well as handling their luggage when necessary. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, performing regular inspections and reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Ensure timely arrivals and departures for all scheduled trips, minimizing delays and enhancing customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate transportation needs. Follow designated routes and schedules while being adaptable to changes in plans or passenger needs. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people Have a valid Driver License with a good driving record Pass a Background check and a Drug Test Driver must be 23 yrs. of age Good Customer Service skills Good Communication skills Maintain a great relationship will our clients Attention to detail Manages time effectively Reports to work on time Has the ability to assist in loading and unloading clients Operate vehicle in a safe manner Maintain appearance of uniform and vehicle Perform daily vehicle inspections, and promptly reports vehicle maintenance needs to supervisor
Pay:
$10.50 - $13.50 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
