Job Description
Job Summary The Transportation team member safely transports residents to and from appointments, activities, and other approved destinations while providing professional and compassionate service. Key Responsibilities Safely transport residents according to scheduled appointments and activities. Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles as appropriate. Ensure residents are secured properly during transportation. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety. Complete required transportation documentation. Communicate appointment information to appropriate facility staff. Report vehicle maintenance and safety concerns. Protect resident privacy and dignity. Qualifications Valid driver's license as required. Safe driving record. Previous healthcare transportation experience preferred. Dependable, professional, and compassionate. Ability to assist residents with mobility as required.
