$12-$19 per hour Full-Time or Part-Time Available Monday-Friday | No Nights | No Weekends Priebe's Auto Clinic & Tire Center is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our front-office team. This is a customer service position that includes answering phones, greeting customers, checking customers in and out, and driving our courtesy shuttle . You may also help schedule appointments and assist our service advisors throughout the day. You do not need to be a car expert. We can teach you the automotive side of the job. We are much more interested in finding someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, stays positive, and is willing to help wherever needed. What You'll Be Doing Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner Greet customers when they arrive Check customers in for their appointments Help check customers out when their vehicle is finished Drive customers to and from their home or workplace in our courtesy shuttle Help schedule appointments when needed Gather basic information from customers about their vehicle Assist our service advisors and front-office staff Keep the courtesy shuttle clean and presentable Help keep the front office organized Communicate with technicians and service advisors throughout the day Help create a great experience for every customer who walks through our door What We're Looking For The right person for this position is: Friendly and outgoing Comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone Dependable and punctual Organized Able to handle several things at once Comfortable using a computer Willing to learn Positive and helpful Professional in appearance and attitude Comfortable driving around the Oklahoma City area A valid driver's license and good driving record are required because operating our courtesy shuttle is an important part of the position. Previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurants, reception, office work, or the automotive industry is helpful, but automotive experience is not required . Schedule We are open Monday through Friday . No nights. No weekends. We are open to hiring either a full-time or part-time employee , depending on the right candidate and availability. Pay $12-$19 per hour , depending on experience, skills, and responsibilities. About Priebe's Auto Clinic Priebe's Auto Clinic & Tire Center has been serving Oklahoma City since 1983.
