Albany Toyota is looking for a friendly, dependable, customer-focused Shuttle Driver / Greeter to join our Service Department. This is more than just a driving position — you'll be one of the first people our customers interact with and an important part of making their visit easy, comfortable, and stress-free.

What You'll Do Greet customers warmly when they arrive at the dealership Drive customers safely to and from their homes, workplaces, and other local destinations Provide a professional and friendly customer experience Perform a quick vehicle walk-around when customers arrive Take photos of the vehicle's condition before it enters the shop Record and document the vehicle's mileage before the vehicle enters the Service Department Accurately document vehicle condition and mileage using our dealership's process Assist customers with getting in and out of the shuttle when needed Communicate with the Service Department regarding customer transportation Help keep the shuttle vehicle clean, organized, and ready for customers Assist the Service Department with light customer-service duties when not driving Represent Albany Toyota professionally throughout the community What We're Looking For The right person will: Have a clean, valid driver's license and good driving record Be comfortable driving customers safely and professionally Be familiar with Albany and the surrounding area Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service Have a friendly, positive, and professional attitude Be dependable, punctual, and responsible Be comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to take vehicle photos and document information Have good attention to detail when recording vehicle condition and mileage Communicate clearly and work well with a team Maintain a clean and professional appearance Automotive experience is not required.
