Bolt Transportation is a Second Chance Company However Ability to drive for Bolt Transportation is based on approval by Bolt Transportation and The City Of Klamath Falls Bolt Transportation does not guarantee a specific Schedule, hours or a specifc pay amount per day. Pay is 50% of the fares you complete And 100% of the tips given by passengers. Duties Safely operate a taxi vehicle across various local routes, including night driving shifts, ensuring punctual service. Use GPS navigation systems to determine optimal routes, avoid delays, and enhance efficiency. Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle maintenance checks regularly to ensure safety and comfort. Process cash transactions accurately and handle fare payments in compliance with company policies. Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols diligently during every shift. Keep detailed records of trips, fares, and any incidents that occur during service hours. Skills Proven experience in taxi driving or commercial driving roles such as limousine, bus, or van driver. Strong knowledge of GPS navigation tools and local driving routes. Excellent driving skills with a clean record and ability to handle night driving conditions confidently. Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and ensure vehicle cleanliness. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Capable of processing cash transactions accurately under pressure. Familiarity with traffic regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements for commercial drivers.
