Position Overview Help get guests and team members where they need to go for a great day at Mt. Hood Meadows. As a Shuttle Driver, you'll play an important role in keeping the mountain moving, safely transporting guests between parking areas and the resort while also helping employees get to and from the mountain. You'll operate Mt. Hood Meadows shuttles in changing winter conditions, follow designated routes and schedules, complete daily vehicle inspections, and help keep your shuttle clean, organized, and ready for service. You'll also interact with guests throughout the day, provide information and assistance, and work closely with the Transportation and Parking teams to keep traffic moving safely and efficiently. If you enjoy driving, working with people, and being outside in a mountain environment, this is a great opportunity to join the Transportation team for the winter season. You'll be one of the friendly faces helping guests start and end their mountain experience on the right note, while working alongside a team that keeps Mt. Hood Meadows moving. This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position Qualifications & Experience 21 years of age or older Ability to pass a driver background check Ability to be insured to operate company vehicles Ability to work outdoors in adverse winter weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable interacting with the public using verbal communication Able to work effectively in a team environment Able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the ski and snowboard season Preferred Qualifications & Experience Previous experience operating passenger shuttles Previous experience operating vehicles in winter conditions
