Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated employee to join our transportation team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating mini vans to transport adult passengers with intellectual disabilities. The ability to be social and interact with our clients will provide them and us with a great experience for daily commute. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test, background check and DOT Physical. (Physical test paid by us). We transport some of the best personalities currently around. Duties Safely operate mini vans Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and addressing inquiries with professionalism. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate mileage log and vehicle condition. Communicate effectively with parents of the passengers, and team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure a secure transportation environment Qualifications Prefer proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, or chauffeur with a strong record of safe driving practices Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., commercial driver's license or chauffeur's license) Experience in shuttle driving, paratransit services, or limousine operations is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to interact courteously with passengers or passenger's parents and team members Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and reliability in adhering to schedules and safety standards
